- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our website features discount packages. Once a package is purchased, the discounted rate offered by that package applies regardless of how long the project will take to complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am offering a free 30-minute consultation over the phone. If the customer and I both find that working together would be beneficial, I will do an on-site consultation at the cost of $ 55/hr. I will take pictures, do measurements, get details from the client about their vision for the space and we establish the best use of the space. After that, I will provide a detailed Project Proposal with various layouts, ideas, and options. Once the client chooses one of the options or suggests another option, I will offer a detailed Project Plan, which will be the blueprint of the project. The completed project will be followed by customer feedback, evaluation of the work, and assessment about how well the newly designed/organized space(s) work for the customer. If changes need to be made, I will return to implement those changes.

Attending QC Design University, certificate in Professional Organizing and Aging in Place. Graduated with an MBA from Walden University.
