All the time. The broker and the property manager maintain their state real estate licenses and the office is a NARPM member.

Tenants Location Service - this service assists homeowners who prefer to manage their own property but need our assistance in locating well qualified tenants and facilitate a lease on their behalf.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Screen your property manager as well as we screen our tenants.
