A friend's (who is bed ridden and depends on her TV all day long) TV stopped working and needed a repair or replacement ASAP? Shawn was quick to respond (within 30 minutes) and took on the challenge of making sure she had a TV working within a couple of hours. This is the second time I've depended on Shawn to help this friend out. He's very knowledgeable about TV's, goes the extra mile to resolve your problems, and is also very kind. I highly recommend him for any TECH needs. His pricing for time and resolving issues also very reasonable.
