Shawn has tried to help with an eighteen year oldSmart TV I have had. He was looking for parts but unable find them. I finally decided on a new TV & asked Shawn to help set it up. He was able to come to my place the next day. I do love my new Samsung TV. I had to call Shawn a couple times to figure out the remotes. Always able to answer all my questions.
