Would you like to get married at Santa Barbara's Leadbetter Beach or at the end of the Ventura Pier? How about atop the Franklin Trail in Carpinteria or Shelf Road in Ojai? I am an experienced public speaker and wedding officiant. I've officiated church weddings with hundreds of guests and small private ceremonies under a banyan tree. I am often available on short notice and happy to travel to most locations in the Ventura and Santa Barbara area to make your day special and memorable. I complete all legal paperwork and return it to you the day of the ceremony. Fee will be competitive, but vary slightly, depending on location and travel time to site as well as estimated ceremony length. *Military/Veteran/First Responder discount*

We can not express how thankful and pleased with the services my husband and I with Phillip Rockwell! He really took the time to get to know us and performed our ceremony exactly how we wanted it done on July 19th, 2015. Simple, non-denominational with no added personal agenda. We could not be more grateful for his service. We could not have asked for a better officiant than Phillip. Thank you so very much for making the start of our lives as beautiful as we had hoped for and for enjoying the festivities with us after at our reception!!!!

Phillip was GREAT! We hired him pretty last-minute (a few weeks before our wedding since we completely procrastinated on finding an officiant) and he was very sweet and patient and was all about what we wanted to do. He gave us assistance and many examples but did not push his ideas on us and let us completely make everything our own, since he knew we wanted to write our own script and our own vows. We ended up writing our own script almost entirely from scratch, as well as our vows, and used a couple of his ideas for the ring exchange. We did not even give him our final script until maybe two or three days before the wedding and he completely went with it! And he was able to do deliver excellence with no rehearsal, no meetings (besides an initial skype meeting), it was all very easy and convenient for us. He rolled with the punches and our ceremony was flawless and emotional and beautiful and we were so happy with how well everything went. I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you for helping make our ceremony awesome, Phillip! :)
