It went poorly when he dropped my $2k OLED television and ran out my house! I was downstairs with my Dog Groomer when we heard a loud BOOM! We were both scared that he hurt himself! I went racing up the stairs to my office to find him standing looking down at the floor with his hand on top of his head! I asked him was he okay and he said yes. He said he didn’t know what happened but he dropped my television! It was laying on the floor faced up! He turned it over and the back of the tv had come apart! He popped it back into place and I told him just put it back on the mount. He did. I said I would call the Geek Squad and see what’s up. I had no idea he was leaving! All I heard was let me know what you want to do about the tv as he walked out the front door. Of course I have to make sure my door is never unlocked. I went to the door and he sped off! I texted him to see about another job I had him do (service my neighbor’s tankless water heater. He never responded back. I waited to see if he would respond or call me. Nope! I just seen that he removed his business from Thumbtack! Straight up scandalous! Beware! Beware! Beware!
