Introduction: We will come over, give you an estimate for the labor, acquire from the client the type of tile that your installing and recommend to you what is the best way to lay the tile so that your expectations are met. We also ask the client not to wash the floor with detergents for a minimum of 3 weeks so that the tiles don't pop loose. We provide all labor, tools and equipment. We pickup all scraps and remove them from the site as necessary and as required to complete the project per plans and specifications. This is to include all prep work as necessary for the tile to be installed straight and true. We perform demolition as necessary and as required. We provide and install quarry tile, grout, adhesives, and setting materials. All tiles shall be installed straight and true. Client is to provide and furnish all materials if we are going to install on walls. Client must provide tile backer board as required. Durock, Wonderboard, or Denshield has to be set 24 hours before grouting. We offer equipment rentals, cleanup and adequate supervision. Subcontractor shall work within the time limits and restrictions of the store hours as necessary. We remove all excess material, trash and debris from site as directed at no additional cost.
