The floor was left incomplete, and when I called Alvaro to come by he said he would check it out but ghosted me not returning my calls. Initially I thought the job was ok, but floor seems to be splitting and feels unsteady and it hasn’t even been a month. I would have left a better rating but I did not appreciate the dishonesty on coming back to check the missed flooring. The job was not done with precision and attention to details.
