They came out and checked out the house before we settled on the price. Price was very reasonable compared to other two companies I contacted. They didn’t have a big trailer pressure washer, but they did a splendid job at cleaning up our house and driveway with the one they used. We will be having them clean up our vacation home in Monterey as well this summer. Definitely recommend
