Robert came over to replace a leaking Rheem unit that was still under warranty. He took out my old unit, transported it to HomeDepot, and brought back the replacement unit to install. Bad news, the replacement unit was damaged and upon installation, it did not work. Robert then took the replacement unit back to HomeDepot, swapped out the damaged replacement unit for a second replacement unit. He then installed that unit and my hot water works again. The experience took more time, headache, and money than expected, but Robert saw the issue through to completion and did not ask for additional payment (though was thanked with a generous tip). His honesty and commitment have earned my respect and future business. Thank you.
