- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No we don't have standard pricing because every event we do is completely personalized for the client's specific vision and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our first communication with a new client we discuss what they have envisioned for their event. . . Decor, menu and type of service. After we finish discussing the above information we'll talk about the client's budget. When we have all the info we will compose a palate tantalizing menu and bring together the show-stopping decor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Culinary School then traveled for a year to hone my culinary skillset in a variety of cultures around the world. I continued my culinary mastery by also obtaining my Baking/Pastry and Restaurant Management degrees to fortify my desire to be well-rounded in my field. I have also acquired my ServSafe Manager and Training Professional as well as Dietary/Nutritionist Credentials to insure that every item prepared for any event is not only safe to consume but can also contain dietary restrictions as required. When I decided to start this business I wanted to make sure I surrounded myself with staff that was as passionate about AMAZING food and OUTSTANDING service. . . So that's exactly what I did. All of our Chefs are classically trained and believe that Superior service is the only service.
