Casey was the coordinator for my wedding. She came in with such a positive, hands-on attitude. She became so involved in each task and wanted to make it the best it could be. I did not have to worry about the ongoing communication with the vendors throughout the day because Casey was taking care of it for me. She was not hesitant to hang a decoration or carry a chair. It was a great relief to have her there. Great coordinator!

I hired Casey and her assistant to coordinate my small wedding. She worked with my budget and was very helpful not only during the wedding, but also throughout most of the planning time. She was very responsive to my emails, always had great ideas, did some research for me, was available via the phone and had such a calming laid-back attitude, that surely helped me a lot! She came to my rehearsal and picked up all the details, took care of some last minute purchases, coordinated the whole rehearsal process, was wearing many hats and overall was irreplaceable! She also made sure all the vendors were set up and had everything they needed prior to the wedding. During the wedding she and her assistant were at 2 sites at the same time and made the whole set up process very easy, so I didn't have to lift a finger. Casey did a great job making sure everything goes smoothly, made sure I was well fed, calm, watched closely the timeline to make sure everything goes as planned. She went above and beyond her duties and provided an outstanding service! I highly recommend her as a wedding planner or a day of coordinator for the wedding of any size. She is very knowledgeable, experienced, fun and easy to communicate! My guests felt so comfortable around her, they even dragged her to the dance floor by the end of the event =) We can't thank Casey enough! She did an outstanding work! If I could do it over again, I wouldn't hesitate to hire Casey!

Casey was the day of coordinator for my wedding. She went above and beyond by assisting me starting many weeks prior. On the day of my wedding she protected me be staying as the mediator between me and everything else so that I could just focus on soaking in all the wonderful things about getting married. She handled all the vendors and guests with never showing me anything but a smile. I'm so thankful for her work for an incredibly reasonable rate. She's an excellent people person and not afraid to take charge. Looking back I really appreciate her ability to respect and connect with all types of people, because as you know weddings involve all different people from vendors to guests to family to the bride and groom. Hire this woman! :)

Casey was our day of wedding coordinator. She helped us the week of the wedding to make sure everything ran smoothly. And it did! We are able to sit back and enjoy our day. Casey is energetic, professional, and resourceful. She has a great eye for design and really helped pull everything together on our wedding day. We were so happy to have her be part of our day!

Casey did an amazing job coordinating my daughter's wedding. She had her sister assist her and together they made my daughter's wedding come together nicely. The wedding and reception was held at the Del Mar Powerhouse Community Center. Casey was very organized and calm. The wedding day was full of morning appointments for my daughter and me. Casey was at the site to make sure everything was coming together. Casey would text me at the appointments to check on our time. She stayed till the end of the reception making sure every last task was taken care of. I would highly recommend Casey for any event. She did her job with passion and a smile on her face.     My background kinda just led me here. I've been a catering assistant for my moms event company since the age of 10. Worked banquets for multiple companies in my early 20's. And lastly, I worked as a Manager at Tommy Hilfiger where I was accountable for the team and all the visuals through the whole store.
