When working with a new customer at Clean Space, we follow a structured and customer-focused process to ensure satisfaction and high-quality service: 1. Initial Contact and Needs Assessment We begin with a consultation to understand the customer's cleaning needs—whether it's residential, commercial, or specialized services. This includes discussing the size of the space, frequency of cleaning, specific requests, and any allergies or sensitivities to products. 2. Customized Quote and Service Plan Based on the assessment, we provide a transparent, no-obligation quote and create a tailored cleaning plan that fits the client's schedule and requirements. 3. Scheduling and Onboarding Once the plan is approved, we schedule the first cleaning appointment at a convenient time for the customer. We also assign a dedicated team or cleaner and ensure they are fully briefed on the customer's expectations. 4. First Cleaning and Quality Check During the first visit, our team follows a detailed checklist to ensure all agreed-upon tasks are completed. We also encourage feedback after this visit to make any necessary adjustments. 5. Ongoing Communication and Service Improvement We maintain regular communication to ensure continued satisfaction.
