- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are always determined by reviewing each job as every job is different. My goal is always to charge a fair rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is contacting a potential customer in a prompt manner. Listening to the customer always comes first. Asking questions, making suggestions and finalizing details are part of my process as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in various areas of construction for the past 40 years including but not limited to: painting, carpentry, grading, excavation, bobcat & equipment operator, general handyman work.
