I recently contracted JPR Roofing Company to undertake a comprehensive roofing project involving the complete tear-off and replacement of the roofs on a fourplex, two decent sized buildings to be exact. As a property owner, maintaining the integrity of my buildings is important, and I must say that the professionalism and quality of work displayed by Jesus and his crew really exceeded my expectations.
From the initial assessment and planning phase (initial estimate), the JPR team conducted a thorough inspection of both buildings, providing me with a comprehensive overview of the existing roof's condition and outlining the necessary steps for the project. Their expertise was evident as they explained the materials and methods they would employ to ensure a durable and long-lasting solution. Which is why I ended up going with them, as opposed to the other 6 roofing company that came by to give me an estimate.
One of the most impressive aspects of working with Jesus was his commitment to transparency and communication. They kept me informed at every stage of the project, providing regular updates on progress, timelines, and any unforeseen challenges encountered. This level of communication instilled confidence in their abilities and ensured that there were no surprises along the way. I received great progress pictures and change-orders were brought to my attention promptly.
The actual work performed by JPR Roofing was nothing short of exceptional. The tear-off process was carried out swiftly and efficiently, with minimal disruption to the surrounding areas. The team took great care to protect the property and ensure the safety of both them and the tenants throughout the duration of the project.
Once the old roofing materials were removed, the installation of the new roofing system was executed with precision and skill. Jesus used high-quality materials (Malarkey Ecoasis asphalt shingles and TopShield SG-30 and Titanium UDL 50 underlayment) and employed industry best practices to ensure the longevity and durability of the new roofs. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the installation, from the flashing and underlayment to the shingle application and final clean-up. I am a very hands-on property owner so I would safely get on the roof to see the progress and Jesus was more than wiling to walk me through the installation steps and point out installation practices.
Upon completion of the project, I was thoroughly impressed with the results. The new roofs not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of the buildings but also provide peace of mind knowing that they are built to withstand the elements for years to come. Additionally, JPR roofing went above and beyond to ensure that the work site was left clean and tidy, with no debris or materials left behind.
Even though everything turned out good, there was a few cons (aka setbacks). One was that the project took longer than we (Jesus and I) expected. One reason was due to the rain. Lots of rain in that last week of December 2023 and first two weeks of January. Second con was that there was water damage to two of the units, despite best intentions to cover the roof, during the rain. This caused extra delays and inconvenience. Despite the delays and the added problems, Jesus and his team went above and beyond to ensure that the repairs were thorough and comprehensive. They meticulously assessed the extent of the water damage and implemented effective solutions to mitigate any potential future issues.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend JPR Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction set them apart from the competition. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of the project and look forward to working with them again in the future for any roofing needs that may arise.

Jesus is very reliable. He showed up on time, did a great job, and was quick and efficient. He fixed my roof (ventilation cover) and checked my entire roof and the gutters. He’s not only professional but also friendly. I highly recommend Jesus for roofing or general repair/construction needs.

Jesus responded promptly to our SOS call for help. It was raining heavily and he quickly accessed the problem with our roof and immediately did some temporary repairs,. along with placing a tarp. We discussed our need for a new roof with him and he and his crew will do it very soon! He was very efficient, informative and professional! We highly recommend him.

Jesus was very responsive and thorough in his work. He worked through the rain to make sure my roof leak was fixed just in time before the new storm hit. Plus he gave me a very fair price for the amount of work that he did. He also provided me a 5 year warranty for the work he has done.
