We are so grateful to Derek for his work on our massive video project, CoupleTalk. We were novices and Derek was unendingly patient with us during the week of filming on set - with 27 people involved! Many times, our inexperience caused retakes and created a need for extra editing, yet Derek was always encouraging and supportive - never critical. Many innovations in this cutting-edge program were created by Derek: our intro "bumper" (shown at the beginning of each video session), our promotional videos, the countdown clock used during couples practice times, subtitling innovations, etc. The complexity of our project was immense: multiple cameras, editing over 100 hours of video down to 15, a fully-integrated participant workbook, etc. Derek became so familiar with the program that several times he caught mistakes we should have noticed! We've sold CoupleTalk in over 27 states and 7 countries, and consistently hear praise for the video quality. My husband and I hired Derek to videotape our Two Worlds Connect Ride For Africa 2011 in North San Diego County. Derek's bar is high.....he definitely gives more than 100%. We provided original music that he creatively backed the video with. He also did the voiceover. We could not have asked for more and he gave us the finished product in an amazingly short time following the ride !

My first choice for professional videography! Derek Choice produced 3 videos for us: 2 children's folktales and an instructional video. We do many "interview-style" projects, with very close attention paid to set and lighting quality, sound, fluidity of script, and composition. There are no compromises in the final video quality, and appeal thereof, at any budget.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Earlier this year (2014), we finished up a very large, 14+ month video program (coupletalk.com) consisting of many relationship enhancement workshops spanning a 10 DVD set, including workbooks and a quality brand. This was a wonderful project to have worked on!
