I reached out to Lopez Flooring & Tilework because I wanted to do wood, Vinyl or Laminate flooring to replace my old carpets in my multi-story condo in Downtown San Diego. My HOA was very strict on any type of flooring a homeowner was thinking of doing due to the sound-proofing required that would minimize noise to the lower units. Lopez Flooring & Titeworks studied the requirements of my HOA and was able to locate the rubberized SPECIFIC brand of underlay that would eliminate any walking-noise for the unit below mine. The owner personally visited my unit, gave me options and samples of different flooring that I might like (that was warranted with the specific underlay brand). The cost was very reasonable and fit my budget. Lopez Flooring & Tileworks helped me fill out all paperwork for the HOA architectural committee which included insurance, scope of work, timeframe and disposal plans of my existing flooring. Once I decided on the style that I liked (and the HOA approved my application), Lopez Flooring & Tileworks crew started demo immediately. They worked tirelessly and cleanly to give me the flooring of my dreams. Everything was done PERFECTLY! I was never a person who took my shoes off before I entered my condo, but I do now, because Lopez Flooring made me so proud of my condo that I live in. Thanks so much. Leo from Lopez Flooring & Tileworks was really fantastic! I was doing a large kitchen remodel and I hired Leo to put in my rock backsplash. He was prompt in responding and gave me a good price for the job. I changed my mind about the type of backsplash I wanted a couple times before the install. He worked with me and my time frame, and was very professional. He always answered my calls and texts promptly and showed up right on time on the day of installation. His helper Juan was so gracious and kind. They worked with my decisions about placement of different rock pieces as they were working. They were very conscientious about keeping their work spaces in my home clean and neat. The work quality was top notch and my kitchen turned out gorgeous! I am very happy I hired Leo, he did an excellent job!

We needed help with hardwood demo. Leo responded very quickly and he was flexible to accommodate with a reasonable quote. Coming to the plan, the team executed the task in the promised time and did an excellent job. Overall, the team was professional, friendly, punctual, hardworking and very skillful. Definitely recommend for any floor installation work.
