Great plumber!! I reached out to Zacks Plumbing, got a response within an hour, and was able to get an appointment for the next afternoon. He arrived right on time (he texted that he'd be a few minutes early) and he took care of my plumbing problems quickly and efficiently. I'd definitely call on Zakar again if I ever need a plumber.

Annie (customer service representative) was my first point of contact with reaching out to Thumbtack with the job. The pricing was VERY competitive, and Zack's Plumbing had availability THAT SAME DAY! The appointment was scheduled for 4-5 PM but I was called to see if there was a possibility of an earlier time THAT SAME DAY. ABSOLUTELY! Zack arrived a little after 12 Noon and completed the work within 30 minutes of arrival. Zack was professional and patient - allowing me to observe the snaking of the drain and ask questions, without exhibiting any irritation. The job was so quickly completed I even asked Zack to check a second shower drain, which he did. This job was painless, effortless, and I will definitely utilize Zack's Plumbing in the future.

Zack was great! Had pricing and a same-day appt booked for a faucet repair within 30 minutes; we were having an inspection next day and needed it fixed ASAP. Took a little over an hour, had hoses on hand (I had forgotten to buy those so it added $20 to my total), and he cleaned up after so you'd never know work was done. Pricing was very fair, and less than Lowe's would have charged. Would use again in a heartbeat!
