My son and I reached out to Dwelling Lab recently to help with the design and permitting process of a garage conversion at our house in Sacramento having never done this before. Neil Ginty was the architect who assisted us through the entire permitting process! We will use him again when we add an ADU to the middle of the property- he was so helpful and reasonable!

Neil and his team at Dwelling Lab were amazing! From the initial design until my final inspection they were very responsive and communicative. We had a number of hurdles we had to overcome throughout my project and Neil made the entire process much smoother. What started as a conversation between my wife and I ended in a beautiful ADU conversion, far exceeding our expectations. I would highly recommend Dwelling Lab for any design, planning, or consulting needs!
