HOME OWNERS BEWARE! Attempting to work with Straitline on a door installation has been an ABSOLUTELY AWFUL experience. After our door was special orderer through Home Depot, and completely paid for, we received one update from him (that it would take a month to arrive) and then communication altogether ceased. We sent numerous emails and tried calling to no avail. We he FINALLY decided to reach back out to us it was one excuse after another as to why he couldn't return our calls or even set a date to get started on the install (one excuse was that he had a more important job that had been "on the table for 3 weeks". Really? He's saying this to the people that have patiently been waiting months with a back door that barely opens?) At one point he even lied and said that he would pick-up the door and have it painted in advance, clearly just to buy himself some time as this never happened. Needless to say after about three months of waiting and trying to plan the sale of our home around this, he completely canceled on us saying that the door that was ordered was wrong and he couldn't do the install (he told us this the day he was supposed to install it; the day before we were scheduled to have an Open House). Not only was this a HUGE waste of our time, it has added additional stress to our lives and didn't even allow us enough time to find another option/installer. I am still shocked at the level of unprofessionalism and complete disregard Gary Wilson and Straitline Home Repair has displayed.

Gary responded quickly, was pleasant and efficient in booking an appointment and in fixing my non -working light fixture. I recommend him highly, and look forward to using him again.

I hired Gary to seal up rodent access points around the the exterior of my home. Working with him was a pleasure. He was communicative before the job, arrived when he said he would, and completed the job on time and on budget. Start to finish it was a fantastic experience and I will certainly hire Gary again when the need arises.

It was a very difficult stripping off a previously done bad job(by someone else) on our wooden patio deck. His team was very meticulous and restored the redwood deck to like new. We are very pleased with the results.
