- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $25 per hour but will pro rate this amount and also negotiate a fee if it is a lengthy fix.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Spend a few minutes getting to know them and their computer needs. Outline process for fix. Keep client informed through Thumbtack of progress if fix will be lengthy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for over 20 years in large corporate environments providing Desktop and Laptop support. I have a BA degree in Communications. I have passed the A+ exams.
