- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Give us a call ANYTIME to schedule an appointment (same day or future date -your preference) This appointment is free of charge for a technician to come out. 2. A technician will come to your house. You will receive a free estimate. If you would like to move forward than the technician will be able to begin the repairs/replacements on spot. Our technicians have all the tools and materials needed in order to do any repairs with them, so no need for a second appointment unless you would prefer to schedule the repairs for a later date. If you would like to install a new garage door, it will be the same process as listed above besides a second appointment will be needed and that is to install the new garage door. The technician will provide you with a catalog of Garage Door options. You can order the door together or order at a later time. Once the technician comes back to install the garage door, the installation will take about 2 hours.
