Don arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He went about his work thoroughly and efficently. I liked his friendly attitude and the fact that he took time to explain why certain defects would require repair. The company does not do repair work, to avoid conflict of interest issues, but the company will set up a re-inspection after repairs have been made. There is a fee for re-inspection
