I needed my rental professionally cleaned before key turnover. I needed the service asap and I contacted them about the cleaning and I immediately got a response from them. I needed the service done the very next day and they were able to do them. Booked online for the move-out service and since the place is empty there's really no furniture to move around.
They arrive promptly and I even came in a bit late as I wasn't expecting them until a little later. But, they were so nice and understandable given that I came at least 10 mins late to open the property so they can start. Once inside, they actually started right away. The place was a bit spacious so it took the a good 4hrs of cleaning, scrubbing and dusting. After they were all done, I have inspected the place. It smelled clean and gosh I tell you, I haven't seen those tiles kitchen countertop grouts whiter for when I tried scrubbing it myself. The place was squeaky clean and gleaming. I was very impressed at these 2 people that cleaned the whole house. Though, I had a little issue about the cobwebs in the high ceiling that didn't get taken care of (but that was on me, it was miscommunication on my part so I took care of it).
I will definitely give them another call if my new place needed some deep cleaning. I also like that the communications were on point and prompt. Worth every penny I tell ya!

We had BR Performance Cleaning come today for a deep clean of our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse. They did an excellent job! Everything was super clean, they went above and beyond, paid special attention to our nursery to ensure it was especially and even made sure to make up our dog's bed which he appreciated very much! They were patient with our dog, since he was home with me while they cleaned, and made sure to warn me of any harsh chemicals as I'm 6 months pregnant. Thanks for taking such great care of us! We are so excited to have a sparkling clean home and can't wait to bring them on as our monthly cleaners, especially as baby arrives! Thank you Patricia and Laurisa!

The two young ladies who cleaned my apartment did an outstanding job. Within two hours, they thoroughly cleaned my bathroom, one bedroom, kitchen, living room, windows, and blinds. Highly recommended

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! BR is amazing!! Did all stated and more! Needed them on short notice and was fit in, the crew even worked late to accommodate. I seriously can't say enough good things about BR other than look no further! They are honest and upfront about all charges so no surprises. Honestly look no further if you want your home CLEANED.

This was my first time using a cleaning service so I used Yelp to reach out to numerous cleaning businesses. BR Performance was quick to respond and answer any questions I had. Their website is informative and user friendly when it comes to booking. I've been busy with work and haven't been able to thoroughly clean my home due to my disability so I chose the deep clean service. The cleaners arrived in a timely manner and did an EXCELLENT job! They exceeded my expectations with their work. My husband was in and out of the apartment and saw how hard they worked. Im so glad I went with BR Performance and I'm definitely going to continue to use them on a weekly basis
