- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward with no surprise fees. New customers get 15% off their first clean, which is our way of letting you experience our work risk-free. After that, we offer recurring discounts based on how often you book. Weekly cleanings get 15% off, biweekly gets 10% off, and monthly gets 5% off compared to one-time cleans. The more frequently you book us, the more you save.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here's how it works: You book online or call us, and we'll ask you a few quick questions about your home and what matters most to you—whether that's pet-friendly products, focusing on certain areas, or whatever. On clean day, our team arrives on time, does a thorough job, and checks in with you after to make sure everything's perfect. If you love the work (and we think you will), we'll talk about setting up a recurring clean so you never have to worry about scheduling again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the service industry for years, managing clients and leading teams. For cleaning specifically, I've trained my team on deep cleaning standards—we know how to tackle everything from baseboards to inside appliances, and we use tested, effective methods that work in Bay Area homes. We stay current on best practices and eco-friendly products because we care about doing the job right, not just fast.
