1. INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTATION RATE - Flat fee: $250.00
2. INTERIOR DESIGN PACKAGE RATES - include consultations, measurements, design concepts, design plans, floor plans, specifications spreadsheets & cost summary.
One Room $1,500.00
Two Rooms $2,900.00 ($100 discount)
Three Rooms $4,300.00 ($200 discount)
Four Rooms $5,700.00 ($300 discount)
Five Rooms $7,100.00 ($400 discount)
Rooms may include: Living room, family room, dining room, bedroom/bath room, library, office, gym, nursery, outdoor living space. (Container gardening services are also available, please inquire about pricing.)
3. ORDERING/PURCHASING HOURLY RATE- billed at $125.00/hour.
4. INSTALLATION HOURLY RATE - billed at $125.00/hour.

From the moment I met Jo Anne, I knew I had found a true gem. She effortlessly grasped my desire for a Caribbean theme in the living room, a bohemian ambiance in the dining room, and an earthy feel for the sunroom. Her deep understanding of design elements and aesthetics became evident as she expertly combined colors, textures, and furnishings to bring each space to life.
I recently purchased a waterfront home in California. My living room, with its Caribbean theme, exudes a vibrant and tropical aura.
