FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer hourly rates and flat fee models and will be determined based on the scope and complexity of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first have a discovery call to learn more about you and your project needs. If we decided to both move forward than we will meet on site and review existing conditions in an initial design consultation. Here we will determine if a project is a good fit. Our projects typically follow the tired and true 5 phase process starting with Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation and Construction Administration.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree from Michigan State University in Interior Design. Followed by 12 years of industry experience working with globally renowned Architecture & Design firms. During the past decade I've received certifications to further demonstrate my skills through passing the NCIDQ (National Council of Interior Design Qualification), LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), and professional affiliations with ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) and IIDA (International Interior Design Association).
