I signed up for Mariposa Living to help myself with accountability for healthy eating. What you get however is not only healthy living guidance but a wealth of information and an opportunity to find your own path. Tools are plentiful including online health tracking and coaching. I can be involved as much or as little as I want. Lorie is always there to answer a questions or give support. I recommend the services! It really helps me hold myself to the task of healthy eating and not beat myself up if I have a bad day.

I feel absolutely wonderful now that I am "eating healthy" and staying away from all the foods that have been sabotaging my quest to loose weight and feel better. I love Lorie's conference calls, her encouragement and her expertise in the nutrition arena. It all just makes sense. I am looking forward to becoming the person I am meant to be in all aspects now that I am on this journey to a "healthier lifestyle". I highly recommend Lorie Gehrke at Mariposa Living. I have known Lorie for four years now. Lorie's nutritional expertise and guidance is what assited me in losing and maintaining a 50 pound weight loss. She listens with a kind and nurturing heart which helps her dial in to the needs of her clients. Lorie posses vast nutritional knowledge which helped me a great deal in figuring out foods I might be allergic to, foods great for detoxing and menu planning. She also has great receipes! I have found an amazing resource for life! I highly recommend Mariposa Living to anyone!
