I have been in HR for more than 20 years. Call me crazy - owning a small HR business is my passion.

Compliance audit to determine what small businesses are doing right and what is missing is a popular service. We frequently are then asked to handle "HR" for the company and become the outsourced entity, however, the employees and managers know us as part of the team.
