- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*After an initial consultation discussing your goals and my style of training, I alway offer an introductory package for a week of training under $100. *I offer packages of sessions 1, 10, 20. Session prices lower with larger packages. * My packages do not have an expiration date *There is no gym membership fee *At home session add $20 per session if in the Walnut Creek/Lafayette area *In the case of a package refund, the refund price per session will reflect the package price of sessions used.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to meet a new customer and get to know them a little. We talk about their exercise history and goals and my strength training technique. After filling out some forms, I can demo some exercises for you to better understand my technique. I offer an Introductory Package (up to 3 sessions) for a week of training under $100.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of personal training experience working with clients in various conditions. I have exercise clients from ages 15-100, mainly clients 50-75. BS in Kinesiology (study of human movement) from SDSU NCCPT personal trainer certified CES Corrective Exercise Specialist - The Biomechanics Method
