- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a minimum fee of $35.00. I also offer time discounts for downloading and waiting. I try to be as fair as I can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Troubleshooting and fact gathering Step 2: Diagnosing Step 3: Fixing the issue while explaining how and what I'm doing. My goal is to educate if desired but also happy to just get it done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From childhood I've been building computers and have stayed immersed in the industry. I love technology and using it to find and build out custom solutions for businesses.
