FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a fair market value for equipment and repairs. Pricing is based primarily on labor and replacement parts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we receive a phone call or email describing a swimming pool repair needed. We will normally set an appointment to visit the customers swimming pool, speak with the customer and take a look at the issue at hand. Many instances, a price can be determined on the spot; but not always. We create a bid in writing for the job and get signed or electronic approval from the customer. Upon approval, the work is scheduled; smaller jobs may be performed on the spot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science in Business from Chico State University. I started my own business from scratch and word of mouth beginning with swimming pool cleaning services in 1998. From there I worked as an apprentice for 2 years and then became a licensed contractor.
