Todd N. says, "We would highly recommend Luis VerBraken – based on our experience with him and the really nice work he did in our home. Luis remodeled two bathrooms and installed a tile backsplash in our kitchen. The tile work (mosaic) in the bathrooms was not easy to work with, but he did a nice job of making everything line up and look great. We expanded the scope of the project a few times during the two months that he performed the remodel. He and his wife were professional about the changes and provided a full change order with a reasonable price for the added work. In general, I found Luis to be quite cost-effective for the quality of work he did. Luis is a hard worker, and other than a one week pre-planned family trip, he showed up without fail every day (and on quite a few Saturdays) to keep the project moving. We live in Piedmont and were a little concerned about the commute from his home in Santa Cruz – but he has extended family to stay with in SF, so the commute did not impede the progress of the project. Luis is a pleasant guy to have around the home and does great work – recommended for your next project. "See more

Carlos R. says, "I would like to start this review by saying that the application only asked me for three things that I liked about working with 5-Point Plumbing Corp. I chose three because that was the maximum number of choices. Bit I want to give the ‘en the five choices. 1) Work Quality 2) Professionalism 3) Responsiveness 4) Value and 5) Punctuality. In my humble opinion, they deserve and A+ on each one of those categories. Why? I’ve hired 5-Point Plumbing a couple of times. They were the only ones that answered the phone immediately when I wane looking for a plumbing service in my area. The others didn’t answer at all or I was forwarded to automated machines in other cities. The first time I called, I spoke with Mariah, and she was so nice courteous. She said her crew was coming from Palo Alto, but they would show up, even when it was after 5:00pm. They did. They came, assessed the situation and came back the next day at 8:00am to replace my front and backyard water faucets. They didn’t an excellent job. The second time I hired them, they showed up in time, just like the first time, Omar and Jose who I already knew from the first visit, replaced a bathroom sink faucet and a kitchen faucet . My kitchen faucet was leaking, so I called the company and they scheduled another visit, they came a couple of times to check the problem and came to the conclusion of her the faucet I had bought was defective. I ran to the place where I had bought my kitchen faucet, bought a new one and called 5-Point one more time. They were always nice to me and said that it was all under warranty, so, Omar came one last time, replaced it and voila. Our Kitchen faucet works perfectly. I would like to highly recommend 5-Point Coro. For any plumbing needs you have. My wife and I are planning to continue to work with them since we’re extremely happy with whet they’ve done for us. I’m sure you’ll be happy too."See more

Our rating is 20 stars out of 5! We don’t have enough words to describe how pleased we are with the work from Central Coast Refinishing. Michael and his team spent an entire day resurfacing a very old 1972 bathtub/shower unit at our beach home — and the results are phenomenal. It truly looks brand new. Michael’s work ethic is incredible. He was prompt, professional, and meticulous. He cleaned everything up afterward and made sure everything was in perfect working order. He went above and beyond in every way. We were so impressed that we’re already planning to have him work on the tub at our main home in Morgan Hill. His bid was very competitive — even a little lower than others — but the quality of his work far exceeded our expectations. We can’t recommend Michael and Central Coast Refinishing highly enough!
