FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat rates for common tasks and fair hourly pricing for open-ended jobs. I’m transparent about costs — no hidden fees. Service call is waived if I’m hired. I do my best to work within your budget without cutting corners on quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a quick call or message to understand the job, timeline, and any materials needed. If it’s straightforward, I can quote right away. For bigger projects, I may do a walkthrough. Once we agree, I show up on time, get it done right, and leave things clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of what I’ve learned comes from hands-on experience. I’ve worked across multiple trades for over a decade — framing, electrical, finish carpentry, drywall, you name it. I also stay current by learning from other pros and adapting to new tools and techniques.
