This is my second time hiring David. I had a very good experience working with him before, so I trust him and decided to contact him again. My new project was THE TOTAL GARAGE REMODELING (GARAGE CABINETRY). Project wasnt easy because we had a limit of time + I wanted to reuse the old cabinets wood to save money. David helped me a lot he did such a big tough work, starting from buying needed things and finishing by cleaning the garage after a done work. There was a little problem working this time - scheduling the time. However, I guess this is because hes hired by many people. I never get angry when hes late, because its really worth to wait his come. If he comes, he will do the work, do it very good and will finish it! Im very satisfied with a done work this time too! Thank you David very very much! Also, my first time hiring him was for a project INTERIOR DOOR INSTALLATION David: - made the appointment - discussed the price - cut the door - drilled the doorknob hole - installed the door handle & hinges from the old door into a new one - painted the door Everything was done in one day: quickly, responsibly and efficiently. Excellent work done!
We are close to finishing a high end kitchen and bath remodel and extremely pleased with professionalism and quality of work. All staff working in our home,(while we still live in it) are curdious, polite & engaging with our children, and attentive to our requests to be informed through the remodel process. Can't wait to share more and photos once work is complete!
Andrés and his staff was WONDERFUL.... he responded to a kitchen renovation and complicated appliances install.... I couldn't find anyone who could do it... he offered great input in helping us make decisions... He was clean, honest, courteous and nice We will be hiring him for all our handyman construction needs in the future.... we highly recommend him
We found Salinas home remodeling services most helpful in several ways. Services done for us included electrical wiring, plumbing installation, wall and ceiling painting with texture applications. Also, bathtub, sink and appliance installation. All work was done at high standards. Note: we also experienced generous and positive attitudes from soft spoken professionals, and received on time service. Above all, we have memories of his installation process that are most rewarding. Thank You, Mr. Vyron Salinas and his helper Pablo. Yours truly, Nicholas Adkins
Experience was a bliss. Eli, Moshe and the whole team are great. They came to my house, and from the day I signed until the day they were finished was great. They told me it would take 4 weeks to complete my roof and 2 bathrooms, and it took 3 weeks. Everything was done to perfection. I am very picky and my husband thought this was going to be a difficult process because of how I am, but the moment we met Eli we realized that this was going to be smooth sailing. He took care of everything, from pulling permits and dealing with the inspectors, to helping us pick out our designs and making sure everything was running smoothly and clean. Our house stayed clean and quite the whole time. The workers were very respectful and always made sure to leave the house clean before they went home for the day. We will be doing a kitchen remodel and an addition after the holidays and we will be using GMBC Construction! We could not be happier with everyone there! Thank you so much!!
Chris did an excellent job designing, building, and installing custom shelving for my kitchen remodel. I would highly recommend him for any project and am already planning additional projects for him at my home.
They were fantastic and reasonably priced. We had 2 previous estimates that were absolutely insane. They put tiles in the kitchen and adjoining family room. The job was done in such a way that it did not disrupt the use of the kitchen, they "made" a path to the oven. All this with the house full of guests since our daughter was getting married the following week. We were short of tiles and Troy offered to buy them. They were courteous and left the working area absolutely spic and span. I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. They stayed late to finish the job in a timely manner. The only improvement would be for Troy to get his sign which has been on our property in Los Altos since last June
I glad that I chosen Rudy for my bathroom remodel, everything from the first day went very well, he's estimated very good compared to others, with legal permits, he and his crew not only did my bathroom, also updated my old electricity with also a very good estimate, I always check various estimates, he's always open to do small projects to help my home to look nicer, my home was built in 1956 but with Rudys help is looking superb, I'm in the process to ask Rudy to do my other master bathroom and the powder bath, having a lot of complement from Family and Friends, thank you Rudy and you crew!!
Awesome Kitchen Remodel 👍🏻🛠 I must say Southbay builders and their crew did an exceptional job they did it in a timely fashion, had great communication and did lots of small needed extras without the extra fee!! Our kitchen went from old 1950 to exactly what we wanted.!!! If you are going to hire, make sure it's these guys !! You will not be disappointed!! As a happy customer I will now remodel my master bathroom with them! Once again thank you guys...🔨🔨🔨🔨😀
Andres performed a bathroom remodel that included removing a wall, taking out one door, installing new drywall, installing a new bathtub with all piping, installing new flooring, replacing light fixtures, retexturing the walls, painting the whole bathroom (plus building a new wall segment in place of the removed door, drywall, texturing, and painting). The work covered a large number of different trade categories. Andres did great work in every single category and finished the work very quickly. The overall quality was outstanding and we have already hired him for more projects and will do so in the future. I can only highly recommend him.
We first met their team when a salesman cold-called us. It took us a while to make a decision about what we wanted to do, but once my wife and I decided to move forward, working with Shmuel and his team was excellent. I can't say enough good about them. The project involved removing a bathroom, adding a bathroom, removing and remodeling a kitchen, adding hardwood floors, adding a gas line, upgrading an electrical box, moving HVAC ducts, wiring and hanging a chandelier, tile for a fireplace and mantle, and painting. There were structural walls that needed to be modified. They promised to get the job done in six weeks, in time for an important family gathering we had planned. We were skeptical, but bet on them, and they came through. In any project of this size, there will be unforeseen issues that come up. In all of those cases, Shmuel was excellent to work with. Some examples are: - Once we saw the lighting in the new kitchen, we wanted an extra light over the sink. He tore-up some of his work and added it and charged us for the hardware only. - We wanted a cabinet added by our front door and another by our laundry room. He added it to the work without question, and charged only for the hardware. - We decided we wanted to replace the stair railing. He helped us find bids from railing experts, and charged us the bid without any contractor markup. The extra work disrupted his planned work schedule, but he worked around it to make sure we were still done on time. - The vent over the kitchen range appeared too low to us, even though it was within code. He replaced and installed the cabinet with something smaller. No charge. - With all the demolition, he accidentally lost our Nest thermostat. When this was realized, without any questions or me having to ask, he apologized and picked-up a new one, at his cost. Some other examples of the excellent service: - Shmuel and Shalhevet helped us pick paint colors and pick kitchen appliances and cabinet styles, traveling to a number of stores with us. My understanding is that most contractors would just tell you to pick something and leave you to figure out the details. - They allowed us to live in our home during construction. At the end of each day, they spent time blocking-off areas and moving equipment (as required by code) to make the site safe for our children. He could have easily just insisted we spend a month in a hotel. - All the little things. For example, we never discussed replacing the flooring HVAC vent covers; he bought beautiful new ones that matched the wood floors we chose. We never discussed replacing outlet faces, but he felt it wasn't right to repaint and leave the old worn outlet faces. They are highly recommended!
I was able to schedule estimates with 5 contractors for my bathroom remodel. Each definitely had their own approach with a few being extremely pushy trying to talk me into doing work I didn't want to do! I believe Green line was the 3rd appointment I had and Manuel Sr & his son Manuel Jr definitely stood out to my family and I. They listened to what we wanted, gave me a few options and honest recommendations (which actually involved less total work = less money). I really appreciated the honest no pressure approach. It was also very clear to me that they had a lot of experience because they were able to point out a few things that no other contractor brought to my attention. Service: I'd say the entire process was pretty seamless, Jr or Sr were always available through call or text, no issues with cleanliness or picking up materials. They use a progress payment system so we paid them as they completed certain phases of work which I really liked. They were able to recommend retailers for the finish materials which was very helpful. Work Quality: Craftsmanship excellent, tiles were set beautifully and look stunning. About half way through we decided to go with their recommendation of doing level 5 texture through the vanity area into the bathroom (which they gave a VERY good price for), this was a great suggestion as it really helps in bringing a cleaner modern look. Paint, vanity and fixture installation were all done very nicely. Over all very satisfied, we will be calling Green Line back to do the guest bath in a few months. Price: They were not the cheapest estimate I received. I decided to hire them because they felt trustworthy. Which is a hard thing to achieve after one meeting. However I am EXTREMELY pleased with the price I paid for the finished product. They explained to me in out initial meeting that this type of finish work requires a certain amount of money to do properly which I completely understand now. They were also not the most expensive which is surprising for the transformation they accomplished. Thanks guys! -Christina
Noah and crew are professionals. Removed and replaced 55 year-old deck leaving railing and facia board in place. Work area/railing is surrounded by vines, and care was taken to not disturb the vines. Noah was creative in adding support to the railing. Noah was prompt for the job inspection, and work day. Lumber selected showed consideration. I would recommend DC Construction for any new, or remodel work. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and the price was very competitive. Noah and crew are highly recommended.
I have used Henry multiple times over many years for drywall repairs, crown and door molding installation, interior/exterior painting, and even a bathroom remodel after some serious water damage. His work is always top-notch with fine attention to detail. By now, he has practically upgraded every room in my house. I know I can always trust him to provide quality work no matter what the situation, so he is always the contractor I call on for this type of work.
Joe installed our granite counter tops in our kitchen and a bathroom. He did an amazing job and was prompt, courteous and dedicated to making sure the job came out perfect and to our standards. I highly recommend Joe for all your granite needs. Extremely professional and willing to go the extra effort to make sure everything is perfect for you.

Ali came highly recommended by a friend. He remodeled our bathroom and also did some electrical work in our kitchen recently and my wife & I couldn't be happier with the results. He is on time, clean, honest, and easy to communicate with.
Extremely pleasant to work with. Steve renovated my home office and he was very patient in getting my design just right. Very clean and efficient when doing the work along with being very fair about his pricing. As an added bonus he was very personable no awkwardness as I have had in the past. I am excited to be working with Steve again for my kitchen renovation!
Eliminate a window in kitchen. Very prompt, very nice job.
I worked with Lemon Remodeling on a kitchen upgrade. They were very prompt when I had meetings with them. They were extremely friendly, professional and communicated well. They also were very patient with me as I was trying to decide what I wanted in my cabinet color and tile and counter tops looks. I recommend Lemon without hesitation.
I hired David and his team to do a complete remodel of my town home. I'm a very picky customer and "good enough" is not good enough for me. He was able to complete the work on time, on budget and to my satisfaction. He worked with me and helped (at times at his own expense) to resolve any and all issues that are inevitably discovered during complete remodels. He is responsive, honest and professional. I would recommend David and hire him again for my next project. This is what he completed. Strip down everything down to studs. Install external wall and attic insulation. Install new drywall. Install new kitchen cabinets and granite counter top. Install new windows. Install new front door. Install new water heater. Install new furnace. Install new tub and vanity. Copper re-pipe. Install new flooring (carpet and LVT). Install new recessed lights and updated electrical up to code. Installed crown moldings in all rooms. Fixed external stucco problems. Painted everything. I'm probably missing something but that is the major action items.
