- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the scope of work, property size, labor, materials, expenses and hauling or disposal when needed. I provide clear estimates so customers know what the job will cost before work begins. Larger or recurring maintenance jobs may qualify for better overall pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning what the customer wants and reviewing the property or photos of the work. I clarify the scope, provide a clear estimate and schedule the job. Once the work is complete, I clean the entire work area and make sure the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands-on landscaping experience under a licensed contractor and have also taken horticulture courses at Cabrillo College. My experience includes landscape maintenance, plant care, pruning, cleanups and property upkeep.
