The owner of Kellers came to my mom’s apartment to do a deep carpetcleaning, and the quality of his work was amazing. As well as he over came every obstacle to get the job done. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is an estimation, we prefer to visit your home to see what we need to clean. All of our estimates are free of charge and we will work with you. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to walkthrough the space we are cleaning and set expectations on what we can do. Many spots and stains can be identified prior to cleaning, it is our job to figure out the best way to get them out.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am iicrc certified and have over 10 years of experience cleaning both residential and commercial accounts.
