Was very content with Henry. Had an issue with a very large xerox printer and he was honest to tell me that he didn't work on that type of printer. Something I really appreciated was that he guided me to a solution. I was able to do it myself and got the massive printer to work again. He was also pretty quick to respond.

Had an issue with the sensor on my printer. Henry was very responsive and was able to come out to my house and fix the issue within a couple of hours since our initial interaction.

Henry did a very nice job for me. He came to my home and was able to diagnose and fix the problem with my printer on the spot (he cleaned the printheads). I would highly recommend him.
