Henry arrived as scheduled, was professional with many years of experience. Fixed the problem in no time and did a little extra cleaning on printer. We will definitely be calling Henry back for any printer repairs in the future.

Henry did a very nice job for me. He came to my home and was able to diagnose and fix the problem with my printer on the spot (he cleaned the printheads). I would highly recommend him.

Henry does what he says. This is the first time I ever used Thumbtack, and I was skeptical. After making initial contact with Henry, we set up a time for him to pick up my printer. He explained his minimum fee, I tried to pay him the minimum when he picked it up, but he would not accept any money up front. He picked up the machine at 3:00 p.m., called me back by 6:00 p.m. to let me know he found the problem and it was fixed. He said he was fine with his minimum charge. He dropped the printer off at my house this morning at 9:00 a.m. so his turnaround time was something like 18 hours. To be honest, I was skeptical about this, and now I feel very lucky to have met Henry. I strongly recommend hiring him for any work he says he can take on. He is really a man of trust.
