Henry is very knowledgeable, responsive, honest and fair. Printer manufacturers want customers to buy new printers rather than repair old printers. This is unfortunate, because the older printers are built better and are less expensive to operate.

Henry does what he says. This is the first time I ever used Thumbtack, and I was skeptical. After making initial contact with Henry, we set up a time for him to pick up my printer. He explained his minimum fee, I tried to pay him the minimum when he picked it up, but he would not accept any money up front. He picked up the machine at 3:00 p.m., called me back by 6:00 p.m. to let me know he found the problem and it was fixed. He said he was fine with his minimum charge. He dropped the printer off at my house this morning at 9:00 a.m. so his turnaround time was something like 18 hours. To be honest, I was skeptical about this, and now I feel very lucky to have met Henry. I strongly recommend hiring him for any work he says he can take on. He is really a man of trust.
