He sent a worker to our house for the estimate who was almost an hour late. We needed an estimate for painting the interior of our home. The worker finally arrived, apparently coming by after another job, as he needed to remove his shoes before coming in so he didn't get paint on our carpet. I showed him around, specifying which areas needed to be painted. He did not write down anything, take any measurements, basically just took a tour of our house. I never received a phone call or any other communication regarding the estimate. Highly unprofessional.Nov 4, 2014Verified

Richard was excellent to work with. We had several jobs to do in a short amount of time (as we were moving into the property within a week) and he completed everything in a timely manner and it looks great! We're actually considering hiring him again for a bathroom remodel :DJul 20, 2014
Richard Roman, from Roman Construction, came highly recommended by a friend. Mr. Roman was very professional and addressed both my neighbor and my concerns regarding a shared block wall he was quoting. Not only was his quote the lowest but there were no unexpected cost which usually occurs on a construction job. Roman Construction also designed and landscaped an unused portion of my backyard, which included pavers, fire pit, sod and flower garden with a waterfall. Both jobs came in on budget, on time; they were very professional and meticulous to detail. I highly recommend Roman Construction. Steve Gomez, Chino HillsDec 20, 2012
Excellent experience(s) with Rich and his helpers. Rich is "people oriented" and thorough. No job is too small and no question is too naive. My highest recommendation!Dec 12, 2012
