I am currently certified through ISSA, NASM, and ACE. I’ve been training now for over 10 years and have helped many clients LOSE WEIGHT, GAIN MUSCLE, and TRANSFORM their bodies. I can provide real results (please check out my pictures) and teach you how to get the body you want.
My services include:
* DIGITAL/ REMOTE COACHING
- An educated approach to fitness online. All workout programs will be sent and monitored through a special app to make sure you know what the exercises are and how to perform them. You will receive a custom Workout Plan, Portioned Meal Program tailored to your goal, weekly check ins to make sure you’re on track and to make any adjustments needed. 24/7 assistance is provided in case any questions about the program come up.
* NUTRITION COACHING
- A customized Portioned Meal Plan to either GAIN SIZE, or LOSE WEIGHT. It’s a matter of either having your body at a deficiency or surplus with the right macro nutrients. This includes weekly check ins and 24/7 assistance if you have any questions.
* 1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING
- I am currently training in a private facility called SELF MADE in West Covina. (Female coach available upon request)
- This is more than just the amazing workouts and fitness knowledge you’ll receive in the gym. With this package we will sit down, map out all your current bad habits and create a plan to tackle them in order to achieve the body you want. This plan also includes weekly In-Body check ins (a scale that will tell us exactly how much fat vs muscle vs water is in your body), a custom Portioned Meal Plan based on those in-body numbers. Workout sessions are 1 hour and include a 5-10 min warmup, 50 min workout and 5-10 cool down at the end.
