FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first and foremost like to listen carefully to the customer’s needs so I can get as clear a picture of what they are looking for. That to me is the key of a successful customer/professional relationship. I take that information and create a menu and/or experience with the goal of always over delivering on what the customer has expressed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I like to think that cooking "chose me". I was in business school at one of the big universities here in L.A. I had a semester off and with some free time on my hands, I started messing around in the kitchen. I've always had a very strong and passionate love for food but it was only then that I actually experimented with preparing it. One thing led to another and I starting my own small catering operation. And now here I am, busier than ever and needless to say, happier than ever that I cook for a living.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve had the honor of serving and working with clients of all ages (10-97 y/o) and all walks of life (celebrities, high net worth individuals, kindergarten teachers, construction workers, yoga retreats and many many more). One of the most wonderful things about cooking privately is the interaction and friendship that’s created along the way.
