What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work in programs that can vary in length depending upon the clients' goals. Programs are typically 3 months or longer. Having one session does not serve anyone. If that's only it took, no one would ever be struggling with their health! It typically takes 30 days to adopt a new behavior and 90 days to make it become a habit. Along the way, there will be ups and downs, and that's one of the things I'm here for! :)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always. I'm currently in a Vegetarian Mastery program (I do not solely work with, nor preach a vegetarian diet) as well as getting certified as an Environmental Health Expert, and obtaining continuing education credits with the Institute for Functional Medicine.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Put together nutrition programs for Team Rubicon as they deployed in the Philippines after the typhoon. This was the first time they had healthy food on a mission. Typically, they're used to surviving on high calorie carbs and preservatives.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be open-minded. Doing exactly what you've been doing will keep you exactly where you are right now. In order to feel different, you have to do some things differently.
