I am a 500 HR certified in Vinyasa Yoga from Rishikesh, India and I am also trained in the traditional method of Ashtanga Yoga from Mysore, India by world renowned teacher Sharath Jois.
I focus on delivering authentic, quality instruction as it was taught to me. My goal is to help you develop a home yoga practice that can be done anywhere at anytime. I will meet you at your ability level and challenge your limits accordingly. Hope to see you on the mat!

I have been learning yoga from Jessica for two years now and have learned techniques that have benefited me on and off the mat. Jessica is an amazing teacher. She teaches how through postures/asanas, one can achieve self-fulfillment and stillness in their day to day lives. She introduces the philosophy of yoga and how it benefits one’s life. Through her teachings, you can tell Jessica practices these ideals on a daily basis herself and this makes her lessons that much more influential and beneficial to all of the students she teaches. I highly recommend!
