What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I was raised an honest days work , for an honest days wage. My pricing is based on Journeyman's/hr. wage plus my gas and overhead. It saves you money and makes it a win-win situation for us both.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After getting hired, I like to generally meet with my customers face to face and go over what they would like done. If they have an idea or need some assistance, then I'm more than glad to help.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served my apprenticeship under a few really good contractors about 28 years ago.
