I have been an ordained Minister of the Universal Life Church since August 17, 1990. My ceremonies have often been referred to as spiritual, definitely non-judgmental and fun! How can I describe our wedding? It was an absolutely perfect, story-book wedding on the Golden Gate Bridge on Valentine's Day 2015!! And William Hedge was our officiant. He was the ideal choice for us. William is such a joy to work with. A consummate professional. With a very giving, calming and intuitive spirit. William is very sensitive to the needs of the couple he is working with. He made every step of the planning process smooth and easy. We planned everything via Skype, email, and phone calls, as we are not from San Francisco. He was always available to discuss any questions we had. William is very knowledgeable in all aspects of marriage ceremonies. He also knew all the ins and outs of getting married on the Golden Gate Bridge. William is willing to do whatever it takes to make your wedding the wedding of your dreams! "Your Wedding, Your Way" is not just a catchy name for his business, it is William's philosophy. It was our absolute pleasure to have our wedding officiated by William Hedge! We live in Sparks, NV and the wedding was in Lodi, CA. I'd like to thank William for meeting us via Skype to save us a trip or two. He was very open and available for both of us should we need to talk or ask questions. Although we did not take advantage of that offer, it was very much appreciated. We did not have a wedding planner and most of the organizing was done by family. William was so wonderful to go above and beyond by guiding us through the rehearsal which was not in his 'job description' :-) and he did a great job. Always smiling and joking to keep a nice light atmosphere. The ceremony was beautiful and after the event, I had guests telling me their favorite parts of the vows. Thanks again for everything William!

It was really great to work with William as the officiant for our wedding. The guests were absolutely in love with him and so many of them came around to us to tell us how warm and genuine his presentation was. Besides being a great officiant there is something really amazing about William that my wife and I absolutely loved - he is such a warm and caring individual who really went totally out of the way to make the wedding memorable for us. He spent many many hours with us prior to the wedding, talking, coaching and guiding over phone call or over FaceTime. He actually even helped me sing at my own wedding which was really really amazing. He also made some recordings on the piano to help with my singing!!! The song turned out to be a highlight of the wedding which could not have been possible if it were not for William. Officiant and pianist aside, he is really a great person to work with. He just makes everyone feel so comfortable. We just loved him and would recommend him to anyone who wants an officiant who makes a great ceremony and also who knows and understands music to make it such an integral part of the wedding.

William did such a great job with keeping in touch before and after our wedding day I loved how he checked on us to make sure we were both comfortable and ready the day of and how he enclueded us when it came to what he read for the ceremony we were afraid to was going to be tuff to grin an ordained minister who could provide us with a non religious ceremony but William succeeded

I am from Arkansas, traveled with my fiancé to San Francisco CA for an elopement wedding. I hired William to be our minister and its one of the best things I could have done. William goes above and beyond. He stayed in contact with me very well...we would Skype at least once a week and email in between. He made the experience so much more exciting with every conversation!
