- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base level rate is $20/hour. I also requesting to have the study session done at my house. This way I can take the student away from their comfort zone (their house with TV, PC, Refrigerator, and siblings) so that they can concentrate better. I do not like to study at a library or coffee shop (Starbucks) because I find they have a lot of distraction also.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Identify student current math level. Review the method that the student is currently being taught. Plan study material around that method so that the student can apply it outside of my classroom. Note: there are multiple ways to solve a math problem and each teacher teach different method. It is best to continue teaching the student the same method that their teacher teach at school so that they dont get confuse between the two classrooms.
