Ivan was fantastic to work with. He was professional, kind, and immediately understood what needed to be done to get my washing machine properly hooked up under the sink. He assessed the existing setup and figured out a solution using what was available, which I really appreciated. He worked efficiently, explained things clearly, and made the whole process feel manageable instead of overwhelming. After weeks of struggling to figure it out myself, he truly took a weight off my shoulders and got everything set up smoothly. I can finally use my washing machine and I am grateful for his help.

Ivan is an absolute handyman superstar — and even that doesn’t fully capture the amazing work he did. I reached out to him on a Sunday afternoon, and he came out the same day to install a ceiling fan. The installation was seamless, and he paid great attention to detail to ensure everything was done to the highest standard. He even cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I’ll definitely be keeping his information and using him for future projects.

I hired Ivan through thumbtack for fixing a cabinet door, dryer vent and garbage disposal
. He was thorough on his work and had to go to home depot couple times to buy supplies needed for the work. He was very professional and would highly recommend him.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
**IMPORTANT PRICING INFO**
$5 off per hour if paid in cash!
I cannot tell you what the total price will be until the job is done. Quality workmanship takes as long as it takes. And it almost always takes longer than I think it would. Therefore, I can’t give you a set price because every job is different, with different conditions and requirements to do it right.
For example, it should take less than an hour to change out a leaky faucet. But if the valves are 50 years old and need to be replaced, and getting them off the pipes is difficult for any number of reasons, now it turns into a half day job. This kinda thing happens all the time.
I work by the hour.
My rate is $80/hour.
$75/hour if paid in cash
I have a two hour minimum.
I work fast and efficiently.
When I start your job, I want to finish it as quickly as possible so I can get to the next one.
I guarantee it will be done to the highest standards and warranty all my work for one year.
I’m worth every penny.
Also, I do not pay for material out of pocket. There are a number of ways we can handle getting the required materials to your location. If I pick it up will call, I charge a $50 fee to cover my time and expenses.
I have the utmost respect for anyone who has served in the armed forces and I will knock $10/hour off my labor rate to veterans or warriors currently protecting this great country of ours.
I owe you.
