Charles had to order a part for our machine. The part ended up coming in early and he promptly made it out to our office to replace the extremely needed part in our machine. Charles drove a distance out to our office and did not charge extra. So needless to say his services are affordable and reliable. He was very polite and eager to help in any way. We will definitely use him again! Great copier repair guy!
