We received great service from Elias, who was very knowledgeable & skilled. He is very responsive to our messages & questions and was very patient during the inquiry process. Because if this, We decided to go with his service despite several other companies that Thumtack recommended. Elias went out of his way to go back & check a reporred issue, right after he left to make sure it was all good. This young man is very promising in this craft & business. Hoping he can get more clients going forward.

I had an amazing experience with Uptown Plumbing Co. and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services. I was dealing with several issues in my kitchen, including a clogged drain, problems with my garbage disposal, and a water line that needed attention. From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly, professional, and quick to schedule my appointment.

The technician arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to inspect everything thoroughly before explaining what needed to be done. I really appreciated how honest and transparent they were throughout the entire process. They answered all of my questions, provided clear pricing upfront, and never tried to sell me services I didn’t need.

They repaired my garbage disposal, cleared the clogged drain, and fixed the water line efficiently. Once everything was completed, they carefully tested every repair to make sure everything was working perfectly. My sink now drains better than ever, the garbage disposal runs smoothly, and I no longer have to worry about leaks or plumbing issues.

What impressed me the most was their professionalism and attention to detail. They treated my home with respect, cleaned up the entire work area before leaving, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the results. It’s not often you find a company that truly takes pride in both their workmanship and customer service.
If you’re looking for a plumbing company that’s reliable, honest, experienced, and provides outstanding service, Uptown Plumbing Co. is the one to call. They exceeded my expectations in every way, and I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs. Thank you for the excellent service!
